CARE INSTRUCTIONS

It's important to keep your Drink Drop Game working, and with a few simple steps, you can keep the game working in tip top condition
**
Keep the Drink Drop Game arm in the 'relaxed' position. By this, we mean in the forward position as if a drink is being poured, this keeps less strain on the mechanism inside
**
Wipe your Drink Drop Game base down with wet wipes or cloths. The game can get sticky if liquid is spilt, and this keeps the base looking clean and fresh
**
Everything else is dishwasher friendly. The base can be put in a dishwasher but we don't recommend it. We have used a dishwasher to wash bases before and they have been fine, but it's best to keep them out and wash manually with wet wipes or a cloth
**
Clean the game before putting it away. The game can get sticky, so always best to give it a clean before putting it away
**
Don't overfill the bottle - YOU WILL SPILL DRINK. There is a line that indicates a standard small, realistic drink size on the bottle, and for the more daring of you, a MAX line. We have seen people spill drinks, so be careful
**
Put a towel down when playing. People do spill, and people do leave drips coming out

IF THINGS GO WRONG
We have spent a lot of time ensuring the game works. However, sometimes things do go wrong unfortunately.
There's a couple of issues that we have noticed can happen, albeit very rarely. If these happen to you, try these, and if they don't work, contact us on info@drink-drop.com
**
The hand is stuck - If the hand gets stuck, the chances are that the handles have not been turned fully. They just need one more gentle turn and it will release, note, if you have drink in it, best to remove this first, as it will ping... And someone has been cheating by not turning the handles fully!!
**
The turns are not as smooth as they should be, and there is a loud clicking - If this happens, we have only seen this when the cup has been overfilled, and the weight is too much for the mechanism (we have a max level for a reason). You'll need to remove the drink and give the Drink Drop Game base a few bangs on the bottom to release the mechanism
**
The bottle top is really tough to get off - This happens when the game has travelled and the bottle has become air tight due to the temperature changing. Open and close the bottle several times to release the lid and it'll be all fine after that - DO NOT TWIST THE BOTTLE
**
Someone twisted the bottle top and snapped the grooves it fits into - It happens, and the game will still work. Just ensure that where the grooves are (what is left of them) and the are that fits into the groove line up, that way the game will still work. Don't worry, the lid won't fly off if you still put it in tightly
